Cancellation Policy

Your CC will need to be placed for any and all appointments as we operate by Appointment only and our therapist are independent contractors and will not be paid if you do not show up.    WE  hold the right to refuse booking if no CC is placed OR if you no show and fail to provide sufficient payment information. If you have a non-emergency and cancel in 24 hour window there will be UP to 100% service charge for any appointments booked.
