In consideration of other guests and our therapists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
All appointments must be reserved with a credit card.
We reserve the right to bill the full service amount for missed appointments as well as appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
Our policy is designed to respect other guests as well as our dedicated therapists. When a guest cancels without giving 24-hours notice, they prevent another guest from being seen.
